At Pine Hollow Stables, we know that emergencies happen. As a courtesy service, we have created an Emergency Communication Plan in case of fire, tornado, extreme weather events, and any other type of emergency affecting our business. The case of a tornado hitting and/or crossing Pine Hollow property and doing damage and harm is a real threat. If business operations are disrupted, we will reach out to you at the earliest available time via multiple technologies. Please keep in mind that if the event is extreme enough, such as a tornado, phone and internet circuits may be out-of-service in a large area surrounding our property. This may impact the speed at which we may execute our Emergency Communication Plan (ECP).
Our goal is to communicate:
What has happened
If it is safe to approach the property
How it has impacted our operations
What information we have about the status of your horse(s).
Again, this service is a courtesy to our boarders. We will conduct emergency tests throughout the year. What information you provide us will affect how many different ways you are notified (example- cell #(s), land-line #, text, social media: Facebook, etc.).
