Full-care horse board services include:

- Two indoor arena's and two outdoor arena's
- Five round-pens
- Wash bays
- Indoor viewing room with refrigerator and microwave (heated in winter)
- Stall, including daily stall mucking
- Daily turn-out (weather permitting)
- AM and PM feeding
- Watering 4 times per day
- Ample grass-alfalfa hay mix
- Up to 6 lbs of grain per day
- Bedding
- Heated water bucket in the winter
- Fan in summer months
- 24 hour on-site security
- Direct access to the West Barn tack room
